POUND SOME HEAT!

It's hot here at MBS Headquarters. Certainly no snow in sight. In celebration of the US' Independence Day (July 4th) we'd like to send a shout out to all the riders around the world who have become "independent" of snow to get their carving and freestyle fix. Here's to you! Shout!

We've been really busy shipping boards and gear to all you existing riders and plenty of new riders. The sport sure is growing! In honor of this spirit let us know what you, as a mountainboard "ambassador", are doing to spread the word. Whether it's getting your friends on a board, calling your local resorts or just standing outside your local coffee shop with your ride. We'd love to share these stories in next month's newsletter. Spread the word!

We had some awesome entrees into this year's t-shirt design contest. And now with all the votes in we have a winner! I'm sure glad we didn't have to choose on our own as there were so many good designs. Look below for the #1 design and expect to be wearing it sometime soon.

And to all you riders out there that ride no matter what, no matter how cold it is or how wet it is here's to you. Cheers! We know there are a lot of you out there just by the amount of riders who sent in "muddy face" pics for this month's Muddy Face contest. Check out the winner below. He is VERY muddy.

BOLDER BOULDER RAIL JAM RESULTS AND PICS



The 7th annual Bolder Boulder Mountainboard Rail Jam was as rockin' as ever. Rain hampered the crowds a bit but the riding continued hard-core. This year, actually because of the rain, we implemented a new Contest Format,  "Longest Grass Slide" contest.  Although the rules were a bit sketchy it made for a LOT of fun.
