The tribe has spoken!

We're always stoked to hear from riders around the globe hitting new spots with their friends, going on road trips, hanging out and editing footage, splitting the cost of wood to build new ramps. It means that more riders are riding and more riders are getting their friends to ride. More mountainboard tribes on the planet!

World mountainboard day was last month and it sure was proof we're all part of a global tribe of riders. We're all mountainboarders no matter how big or tall or how new or experienced we are.

WORLD MOUNTAINBOARDING DAY!

Oh my what a day it was! Mine started at Ruby Hill in Denver, Colorado shredding grass and trees with my friends Dave Stiefvater, Justin Dersham, Brandon Johanns and Benton Jackson. We ended up park jibbing downtown Denver and finally at a killer Ghostland Observatory concert. How was your dirty day? Let us know!

Ask the Mountainboard Cowboy

Question of the Month:

"My question is how can I get better balance on the board? I can't stay on very long and makes me want to go boarding less often." - soccerdudex

Answer:
Good Question Soccerdudex. First off make sure you are centered on the board. You should have equal weight on your front foot as you do on your back foot. Secondly make sure you are fully in your bindings. Your toes and heels should be equally placed on the deck. Don't have your heels hanging way off your board for instance. Finally, keep you stance nice and low to start out and always look ahead of yourself towards where you are going. Remember, where your eyes go, your body and board will follow.
