• Entry form must be filled out completely. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted for entry.

• Sweepstakes is open only to participants 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Winners will be selected at random and will be contacted via an official email notification. Winner has 24 hours to respond back to our prize notification email.

• If prize notification email is returned or unanswered within the allotted time (24 hours) an alternate winner will be selected.

• Sweepstakes begin at 12:01 am Mountain Time (M/T) on the fourth friday of every month and end at 11:59 PM on the fourth Thursday of every month.
